TPSpiral screw elevatorThe advantages of simple operation, strong reliability, and low maintenance rate make the screw jack have a wide range of applications. Spiral elevators are equipped with automatic interlocking mechanisms, which means they can support their own weight without the need for gates or other locking systems. The jack can be used alone or in combination with a shaft, coupling, or bevel gear transmission. They can be driven by AC or DC motors, as well as hydraulic or pneumatic motors. They can be driven manually or in other forms of transmission.

TP axial motion screw drives the shaft to rotate and drive the worm gear, generating axial linear motion of the screw. The screw must have anti rotation function; TPR is equipped with a rotary induction rod and support nut, and the drive shaft rotates to drive the worm gear to rotate. The worm gear is connected to the screw, thus also driving the screw to rotate. Each supporting screw converts the rotational motion of the screw into linear motion. The supporting nut must have anti rotation function. To meet the diverse needs of users, our company can provide various screw heads and also customize TP turbine screw lifts according to user requirements. TP can also be customized as jacks according to user requirements to meet the special requirements of users' special machines. All major series of products use double guide rails to ensure that the lift can perform well under harsh conditions.
